George Myers

For over 20 years George Myers has worked with leaders and teams of Fortune 500 companies, gaining a broad understanding of challenges faced and how to address those challenges. His expertise and passion for effective leadership and teamwork have enabled him to work with senior leaders and teams across industries, including technology, finance, academia, healthcare, aviation and service. The common goal: higher levels of performance throughout the organization.
George creates a safe, enjoyable and challenging learning environment in which participants effectively develop new skills. His energy, sense of humor and affable style add richness and depth to his extensive knowledge of organizational leadership and team building.
A keen observer and learner himself, George developed his "Common Threads: Core Connections in Authentic Leadership" workshop from life-long experience and clear awareness that an effective culture always begins in the heart of the people who lead. George brings a rich diversity of understanding to all his conversations and interactions. He has also combined his applied knowledge and formal training to develop other workshops including, "Interviewing for Results" and "Presentation Skills".
George holds a B.A. in Human Resource Management, as well as advanced studies in Conflict Resolution and Communications. He is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) ® and Situational Leadership®. Some of George's recent clients include Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Boeing and AAA.
