Drawing from a background in international marketing and sales, adult education, leadership training and business coaching, Sally offers clients a well-rounded perspective. She has worked closely with clients from many cultures and populations throughout the United States, Asia, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand.
Sally's international perspective is ingrained from childhood. With a father in international trade, Sally grew up in Asia, attending international schools. Utilizing her undergraduate degrees in Latin American Studies and Sociology from the University of Colorado and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, Sally spent over a decade working in international sales and marketing for Seattle-based companies REI and Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro). Previous to that she also worked for several years in Alaska coordinating life skills and adult education programs for a variety of client populations, including Alaska Natives, youth, seniors, immigrants and correctional center inmates.
Sally became a professional coach after developing an interest in coaching as a result of her own development plans. Coaching business people led to facilitating classes in management and leadership skills.
