Leader’s Guides are designed for a consultant or facilitator to lead a team through the process of understanding and applying the information from an assessment. They provide opportunities for teams to have meaningful and productive conversations that create insights into ways a team can improve their performance. Advanced preparation and knowledge about a Leader’s Guide is necessary to create a meaningful learning experience, but certification is not required.
