Programs

Effectiveness Institute offers a variety of programs to meet the needs of organizations. Program length varies from a half day to two days, and content areas include Behavior Styles, Teamwork, Conflict, Managing, Coaching, Presentation Skills and Interviewing. Many of the programs have a Train-the-Trainer option that allows organizations to have the content delivered by certified facilitators. This option also gives organizations the ability to easily incorporate their unique cultural and industry nomenclature into the program. Assesments

To help organizations clarify and make more visible their areas of strength as well as provide insight into opportunities for positive change, Effectiveness Institute offers a variety of assessments. These assessments are targeted at the organization, team and individual level, and have support materials that promote a comprehensive understanding of the results as well as development of improvement plans going forward. Webinars

Effectiveness Institute webinars provide insight into workplace behavior that can be immediately applied by anyone in the workplace. They can be delivered in a live format by one of our consultants, or in a recorded format that allows for “anytime viewing” for individuals and small work groups as well as managers or trainers across the organization.

Leader’s Guide

Leader’s Guides are designed for a consultant or facilitator to lead a team through the process of understanding and applying the information from an assessment. They provide opportunities for teams to have meaningful and productive conversations that create insights into ways a team can improve their performance. Advanced preparation and knowledge about a Leader’s Guide is necessary to create a meaningful learning experience, but certification is not required.

Coaching

Effectiveness Institute offers two different types of coaching to help organizations increase their effectiveness; Executive and Applied People Skills. Both are delivered by one of our consultants. Areas of coaching expertise include Behavior Styles, Teamwork, Leadership, Business Strategy, Conflict, as well as Sales Strategy and Tactics. Coaching can take place in-person, over the phone or through email.

Train-The-Trainer

Train-the-Trainer programs enable independent or internal organizational facilitators to deliver EI's "certification required" programs. This allows for a greater connection between the program content and an organization's unique culture, which increases the likelihood of internal application and ownership of the content.
